Nook Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Nook platform, website, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Nook provides a digital workspace and scheduling platform designed to facilitate user collaboration, asset management, and workflow automation.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and restrict access to your account.
• Promptly notify Nook if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

You are solely responsible for all content, text, data, images, or other materials (“User Content”) uploaded, posted, or stored through your account. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Service.

Certain features of the Service are provided on a subscription or fee-for-service basis.

• Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan as described during signup or in an applicable order form.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Nook and Stripe to charge all applicable fees to your designated payment method.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

Rent payments, ACH debits, and AutoPay are governed separately by the Nook Payments, ACH & AutoPay Terms.

Nook and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of all User Content you submit to the platform, but grant Nook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, run, and display such content solely as necessary to operate the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Nook, or third parties.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Nook expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Nook, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
